Use this page to request deletion of worklink.mn account data, including data connected through Facebook Login.

How To Request Deletion
Email hello@worklink.mn with the subject Data Deletion Request. Include the email address or phone number used on your worklink.mn account, your profile name if available, and mention whether you used Facebook, Google, Instagram, or email login.
We may reply to verify account ownership before deleting data. Please do not send passwords or payment card numbers.
Facebook Login Data Deletion Instructions
If you connected worklink.mn through Facebook Login, you can remove worklink.mn from your Facebook account settings and then send the deletion request above so we can delete or de-identify matching platform-side records.
Facebook path: go to Facebook Settings, open Apps and Websites, find worklink.mn, and choose Remove. This removes the app connection from Facebook, but you still need to contact us if you want worklink.mn account data deleted from our system.
What We Delete
After verifying account ownership, we delete or de-identify personal profile data, social login identifiers, avatar links, social metadata, session data, support identifiers, and non-required account data. This includes Facebook, Google, or Instagram identifiers stored for login when they are no longer needed.
Data We May Retain Or Anonymize
Some marketplace records may be retained or anonymized where deletion would affect other users, contracts, financial records, disputes, fraud prevention, security logs, tax/accounting records, or legal obligations. Public or shared activity may be changed to show a deleted or anonymized user instead of your personal profile.
Timeline
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. If we need more information to verify ownership, we will reply to the request email. When the request is complete, we will confirm deletion or explain any records that must be retained under legal, security, financial, or dispute-related requirements.
