Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use Worklink to create an account, sign in with social login, post listings, submit proposals, message users, manage contracts, or use wallet features.

Acceptance
By creating an account, signing in, posting a listing, sending a proposal, messaging another user, or using any Worklink feature, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, listings, proposals, messages, documents, and payment details. You must keep your login credentials secure and use social login only for accounts you control.
Marketplace Use
Users must post lawful, accurate, and clear requests or offers. Worklink provides tools for discovery, communication, proposals, contracts, reviews, and payments, but users remain responsible for the work they request or perform.
Payments, Contracts, And Disputes
If payment, wallet, contract, or proposal features are used, users are responsible for confirming scope, price, timing, deliverables, taxes, and any legally required documents. Worklink may provide records and workflow tools, but it is not a party to every user-to-user agreement unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Content And Communication
You may not use Worklink for misleading, abusive, illegal, infringing, or harmful content. Messages, proposals, and contract activity may be reviewed when needed for safety, dispute resolution, platform integrity, or legal compliance.
Prohibited Activity
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, impersonate others, bypass security, post spam, violate intellectual property rights, submit false information, or use Worklink for unlawful goods, services, or activity.
Reviews, Ratings, And User Content
You keep ownership of content you provide, but you grant Worklink permission to host, display, process, and use it as needed to operate the service. Reviews and ratings must reflect genuine marketplace activity and may be moderated for safety, abuse prevention, or policy compliance.
Social Login
When you use Facebook, Google, or Instagram login, you authorize Worklink to receive basic profile information required to authenticate your account. You can request deletion of social login data through our User Data Deletion page.
Suspension And Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts or content if we believe the terms are violated, the platform is being abused, another user may be harmed, or legal compliance requires action. Users may request account deletion through the User Data Deletion page.
Service Availability And Liability
We work to keep Worklink reliable, but features may change, pause, or become unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Worklink is provided without guarantees that every listing, user, proposal, payment, message, or contract outcome will meet your expectations.
